Sam Rowland
Sam is an experienced property lawyer at Mann Legal who also practices in the areas of retail leasing, commercial conveyancing, elder law, commercial law and general mortgagee advice.

Having been admitted to practice in May 2012 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (Accounting major) at Deakin University (Waurn Ponds) in 2011, Sam practiced at suburban and rural law firms in the Geelong region before coming to Mann Legal in November 2016. Sam has developed a flexible range of skills to suit all types of clients with their property law needs – from smaller and larger corporate clients, families and retired couples.
His niche area of practice is relating to elder law which includes acting for residents of retirement villages and aged care facilities when they move in and move out. Sam is dedicated to ensuring clients in this realm are informed in every sense and satisfied before moving into a retirement village.
