Joy Choong
Joy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts – International Studies (with distinction) from Deakin University and was admitted to legal practice in 2015.
She joined Mann Legal in November 2019, bringing with her the knowledge and experience from working as a general commercial and property lawyer in a busy boutique Melbourne law firm following admission.
Joy has experience across various corporate and commercial areas, and is experienced in assisting clients in matters including:-
- residential
- commercial conveyancing and leasing, focusing in particular on caravan parks and accommodation businesses;
- licensing agreements
- loan agreements
- commercial advice
Joy provides her clients with clear, timely and commercially-focused advice. She works hard to ensure there is a prompt and smooth flow of communication between all parties involved in the transaction including clients, agents, brokers, banks and solicitors.
When Joy isn’t furthering her legal knowledge, she can be found exploring the Victorian region with her husband, toddler son and beloved dogs
